Product Description

The socket weld hammer union manufactured by Medisan is a heavy-duty fitting used especially in the oil, gas, and drilling industries, allowing for very quick dismantling and reassembly of high-pressure lines. Thanks to the wing nut on it, it can be easily tightened and loosened with hammer blows. The socket weld end structure provides a permanent and leak-proof connection by inserting the pipe into the union and welding it.

Our products are manufactured in a wide pressure and application range from Fig 100 to Fig 1502 (1,000 psi - 15,000 psi). Manufactured from forged steel material, these unions exhibit superior durability against harsh field conditions, vibration, and shock pressures. Sealing is provided by metal-to-metal contact or special seal rings.
